Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Check our website for current promotions.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time and shipping costs.

Temperature & Freshness Ram's Premium Jerky products are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration during shipping. However, during extreme heat conditions, we recommend selecting expedited shipping to ensure optimal product quality upon arrival.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Ram's Premium Jerky is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ramspremiumjerky.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ram's Premium Jerky is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@ramspremiumjerky.com — we can only make changes before the order has been processed.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates!
